Rated 3 out of 5 by Cairo from Pretty Skirt, but Order a Smaller Size I ordered this skirt online. I finally received it after waiting 3 weeks. The blue print is pretty, but the skirt is full and fits a lot larger than the sizing chart suggests. Another thing to note is the back of the waist band is elastic, so I recommend ordering this skirt in a smaller size. I had to return my order.
