• Free Ground Shipping: Orders over $75 before tax get free shipping to your home address (shipped 1-2 business days after confirmation).
• Ship to Store: $2 to pick up your order at any Ricki's location (free for Fashion + Friends with orders that include one or more non-sale items). Please present a valid ID for pickup.

Other important information:

• Using Fashion + Friends points can affect shipping charges: If your cart total is under $75 after redeeming your points, you'll pay $4.95 shipping. If it dips below $50, shipping is $9.95. In either case you can still ship to store for $2.
• Orders Outside Canada: At this time, we are unable to accept or ship international orders.
• Order Tracking: It usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order. Once it’s shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email that contains your tracking number. 
• Returns: Unfortunately, we do not provide free return shipping labels at this time, however purchases made from Rickis.com can be returned to any Ricki’s, Cleo, or Bootlegger store, provided you have your original receipt, and the tags are still attached to the items.
