RICKI’S OPENS NEW CONCEPT FLAGSHIP STORE

We are excited to announce the grand opening of our new flagship store in Langley, BC. It is the first location to feature a new concept and elevated experience for our customers. Shoppers can expect a brand-new space with warm colours, wood textures, and soft lighting, creating a more enjoyable and contemporary ambiance in which they can explore our curated collections. This new concept will eventually be implemented at other stores across the country, with renovations beginning in the coming months.

The boutique-like atmosphere at the Willowbrook Shopping Centre in Langley, BC has already attracted hundreds of customers since opening last week.

Ricki’s Redefined: VIP Event

We held an exclusive VIP event to unveil the new concept on August 2. Special guests were invited to experience the new store, including Leslie Rossi, Rina Samantha, and Wander With Mary, who all tried out items from our new collection.

They shared their finds on Instagram and enjoyed refreshments provided by local businesses Lee’s Donuts and Not Too Sweet Craft Soda.

We were also happy to welcome our employees and their families to the event, like Ricki’s president Dave Nerada who gave out personalized notes with gift cards to our VIP guests.

Ricki’s Redefined: Official Opening

On August 3, we officially opened the new store concept to the public. A ribbon cutting in the morning was followed by a special giveaway: the first 100 customers to visit the store were awarded mystery gift cards ranging in value from $5 - $100.

We had a record turnout as people explored our new collection and exciting store layout.

From Workwear to Casual: New, Elevated Styles

This store concept is part of a new era for Ricki’s. In addition to the physical store revamp, we have also released a new style collection and online experience.

Our team of fashion experts meticulously designed and handpicked a wide array of styles for this elevated new line. You can find pieces with fine finishes, quality fabrics, and tailored silhouettes for 9-5 and beyond, all at the same value and price points Ricki’s is known for.
