Surprise!
I am another Democracy fan and was so disappointed when I went to replenish my stock to find they had been repaced. I went ahead and bought one pair but had "AB-solutley" no confidence they'd be much good after the first wear. I was wrong! As someone else said, they DO feel like real jeans! And their stretch memory is better than Democracy. The fit is flattering and they are so comfy. So, I am going back for more - hopefully I can find the slim straight leg. All they had at the store I was at was jeggings and this one which is ok but I'd prefer a slimmer leg.

Returned them
These are not the same as the Democracy jeans. At all! They have less stretch so are less forgiving and less comfortable. Bought my usual size, didn’t fit. Bought a size up, didn’t fit right. Too big at the crotch. Returned them all. Wandered over to the sale rack and found a last pair of Democracy in my actual size. Guess what? They fit as usual. Like a glove. So comfortable! I went to pay and even the cashier said I was lucky to find them! Bring back Democracy jeans please!! Us curvy gals need stretch!

Great fit,
I have loved my Democracy jeans, but I also love these jeans too. Still have a comfortable waistline, similar to Democracy, and I like the medium high waist. I did have to downsize a size, which is nice! Maybe I've lost a few pounds? I dunno.
And perhaps I'm just a traditional girl, but I love the straight leg and the more jean-y, less jegging feel, of these jeans. I'm tired of skinny jeans. The extra long is perfect for my 35" inseam dreams. I truly have no complaints!

Good fit
These are the first pair of jeans I've bought that aren't Democracy. They don't fit the same but I really didn't expect them too. The first time I wore these jeans was on a five hour drive! They are comfortable! They fit & feel like "jeans" should, not stretchy jeans but jeans. I love that they are high waisted. They relaxed the right amount, so the fit was still flattering after the drive. I bought my usual size and everything fit perfectly.

Comfortable!
I needed to replace my democracy brand jeans and since they aren't around anymore I thought I'd give these a shot. I wear a size 14 in democracy and bought a 14 and 16 in these. The 14 fit like a glove! I can feel the bit of stretch in them, which is great.

Favourite jeans!
Finally a pair of jeans that I don't have to wear a belt with! These are definitely designed for women with larger legs and smaller waists! I am constantly pulling up my pants, or wearing a belt, until these jeans. I just wish they came in other washes so I can have multiple!

Not Like Democracy :(
These are being returned. The fit was VERY unflattering. PLEASE BRING BACK DEMOCRACY jeans or my jeans days are over. :(

Not a good fit
I thought I would try because they are no longer selling Democracy brand, they are not the same fit. I Love the fit of my Democracy Jeans wish they were still selling them

Bring Democracy back!
I tried 2 different sizes and they do NOT fit even close to democracy, which i knew they probably wouldn't. So disappointed that they are too high waisted amd ZERO tummy control. Cmon Rickis bring back what your best loved for!
