I've already worn it to high tea with my girlfriends, but would also work with jeans and a cardi or for work. I was concerned about the length, as another reviewer said this top is too short, and I am 5'9" but I didn't find it too short. (Although, if you are taller than me and your height is in your torso, I can see how it may be too short.) The fabric isn't my favourite, but it is lined and fit nicely. I have a 36J bust and wear size large. I tie the tie in a loose bow, like Tia Leone often wore in Madam Secretary. Note: there is NO stretch in this top.

Really wanted to love this shirt, but it is just a little too short so that instead of falling nicely, it made me look super boxy and shows a little too much when I raise my arms. The tie is also not as long as the pictures imply it is. Very disappointed.
