It created a silhouette of an hour glass shape with the more tapered top and then flares out for the bottom part of the dress. Love that it also has pockets. Fabric is very smooth so can be worn more casually or dress it up with a jacket or cardigan/wrap. Definitely would have said no to it but the sales girl told me to try it on and it went home with me. :)

However, as a shorter gal, the fit was AWFUL. Very drapey in the boobs, waist sat too low and dress came just at/below the knees. Would love to see a petite version of this dress, but I'd say unless you're at least 5'5 with C cups, it's not going to be a flattering fit.

I did order online though, it was one of a few items I ordered to try. Would wear again, the colour was beautiful.
