Rated 4 out of 5 by AWDORKABLE from Puffed Sleeve Smocked Blouse Such a pretty top! The lighter beige mixed with dainty pink florals is such a pretty combo. It does fit on the small side and is quite cropped, I'm 5'4 and the length comes down to just under my belly button. The top portion has alot of stretch over the bust, the fabric on the bottom is quite thin and semi-sheer but flows away from the body. The only thing I didn't love about this top was the elastic arm cuffs...they are quite tight and uncomfortable and it's hard to get them to stay in place. Overall, its a nice feminine style and pairs great with high-rise light wash jeans.

Can be worn with jeans or a pair of leggings. Material is wonderful, the bodice is elasticized to fit tightly and show off that body. I love ricki's, it's my favorite place to shop and my closet shows it. I have so much rickis clothing.

The sleeves fit oddly and the bottom where the top flares out doesn't seem to lay correctly and doesn't look right to me. I really wanted to love this top but it was a miss for me.
