What is the Ricki’s 85th Birthday Contest? 

Ricki’s is turning 85 years old! We’ve been around for a while and are thrilled to have you join us in celebrating this milestone birthday. As our gift to you for supporting us over the years, we’re giving away one item per day to twelve lucky winners, over the course of a week (seven days). 

Please take a moment to review all of the important stuff, like rules & regulations

1. Sponsor 

Our contest is sponsored by Ricki's Fashions Inc. (Ricki's), headquartered at 1530 Gamble Place in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We want to emphasize that making a purchase is not necessary to enter or win the contest. Your chances of winning will not increase with a purchase. 

2. How to Enter 

To enter, simply complete our contest entry form here: https://rickis.com/turns85.html.   

Our team will carefully review all submissions to ensure they comply with our guidelines. 

Please note that there is a daily limit of one entry per day for a total of seven entries for the week. No purchase necessary. All entries become the property of Ricki's. The contest starts Sunday, March 17, 2024, and ends Saturday, March 23, 2024, at 11:59 PM CST. 

3. Drawing 

Twelve winners will be drawn each day for that day’s prize item. A total of 85 items will be given away over the contest week. Winners will be notified by email, so please ensure that your email address is correct.  

All winners will be announced by March 27, 2024. Winners must answer a skill-testing question to claim their prize.  

The drawing will be conducted at 1530 Gamble Place in Winnipeg, MB, R3T 1N6. 

4.Eligibility 

The contest is open to *Canadian residents who are 18 years of age or older as of the first day of the month they enter the contest. Employees or agents of Ricki's, its affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors, and immediate family members living in the same household are not eligible to participate. 



*Contest is not open to residents of Quebec. 

 5. Prizes 

Each day, we will award one prize to twelve lucky winners. There is a different prize each day. The value of the prizes range from $59.90 to $119.90 and cannot be redeemed in cash. Prizes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and considered a final sale item. Ricki's reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel this contest at any time.

• V-Neck Sleeveless Dress in Luxe Ponte in Black

• Felted Crop Jacket in Black 
• Gigi Girlfriend Jeans in Sky Blue 

6. Odds 

The odds of winning a prize in each contest draw depends on the total number of qualifying purchase entries received, and the number of eligible, non-purchase entries for a given day. 

7. Winner Notification/Prize Awards 

 If you are selected as a winner, we will notify you via email. To claim your prize, you will need to meet the following requirements: 

• Correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question without any assistance during a pre-arranged telephone call.  
• Sign and return our standard “Declaration and Release Form” within 21 days from the time the prize notification package is emailed. This form confirms your compliance with the contest rules and releases Ricki's from any liability relating to the contest. 

8.Additional Terms 

By participating in the contest, you agree to these Official Contest Rules and the decisions made by Ricki's Fashions Inc, which will be final in all respects. When you enter the contest, you release Ricki's Fashions Inc., its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, administrators, employees, shareholders, agents, and insurers from any liability, claims, damages, demands, actions, or causes of action that may directly or indirectly arise from your participation in the contest or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize. 

Furthermore, if you win a prize, you agree to allow Ricki's and its designees to use your name, voice, declarations related to the contest, likeness, photograph, city, and province or territory of residence for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation. 

 9. Limitation of Liability 

Ricki's shall not be responsible for any print or typographical errors in contest-related materials. We will not be liable for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible non-purchase entries, or for any postage-related issues with non-purchase entries. We also deny responsibility for any electronic data transmission issues, equipment failures, or other failures that may occur during participation in this contest. If, for any reason beyond our control, the contest cannot run as planned, including instances of fraud, technical failures, computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or any other cause, Ricki's reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest, in whole or in part. Entries that are reproduced, fraudulent, illegible, altered, incomplete, or tampered with will be considered invalid. 

Privacy Policy 

By entering this contest, you consent to Ricki's and its promotional agencies storing and using the personal information you submit for the purpose of administering the contest in accordance with these Official Contest Rules. This includes sharing the names and cities/provinces of the contest winners on platforms such as our website and social media. We value your privacy and will oversee your information with the utmost care.
