I too, purchased this tank thinking it would fit like others I have purchased in the past. The fit is smaller. I noticed this newer version of the same style is now called Lyla Textured Essential Tank and the others in the sale section are called Lyla Essential Blouse. I will be ordering next size up because I find these are so perfect for layering and can be worn in all seasons and the colours are all great! The material seemed heavier as well which isn’t a bad thing especially in a white top. Again, just be aware the sizing is smaller and order accordingly!

Better fitted
I own about 20 lylas over the past few years. They are easy, wash well. cheap and convenient. The structure was always a little off but they were still worth it. To fit in the main body they were often very baggy and ill fitted under the arms. I always had to get them tailored . In the newest lylas they seem to have corrected this. You can even see the darts where they took care of the extra fabric. These fit properly. Some of the lylas currently on this site are not new and are still in the old style. I will be ordering more of the new ones. This time I got the coranet blue and wear it under a light grey cardigan. I did not have to tailor it.

Very Disappointing
These are always part of the basics in my wardrobe so I was excited for the new colours. However, when I tried one on the fit was terrible. The cut is much narrower in the back and requires sizing up. Instead of the fabric being light and flowy it is heavy and feels much thicker than they use to be. I was very sad to put it back on the rack.

Love the new fabric and color
I bought this top last week in the purple and the black color and I love how I can wear it to work and wear it over the weekend! The fabric feels and looks very expensive bc of the texture. Love the fact that I don't need to iron it The fit was pretty good on me.

Nice style
I really wanted the plum color but it’s sold out online and no stores have it. It does fit small in the chest area so I had to size up. I bought the cranberry but very disappointed that a new arrival sold out before hitting the stores in the one colour
