Disappointing
I was so excited to purchase this great looking jacket. Suede was lovely and soft, and the colour was perfect. But I was disappointed in the quality! The cuffs were not sewn in hems but just cut and left. Lapel had a line of stitching but was also just cut material with no seams. Not the quality I am used to from Ricki's so I had to return it.

Long Faux Suede Jacket
I bought this a couple weeks ago and while the weather has not quite gotten to be super fall like in temperature, I have has some opportunity to wear it. It is a comfortable fit, but can be used as casual or to dress an outfit up. This versatility makes this a great jacket to use on both occasions! The neutral brown makes it easy to wear with mist anything. Really love it!

nice but not perfect.....
I was so excited to get this jacket (I waited to get it on sale....) I love the length, love the 'hand' of the fabric, and love the color; it's a nice light stylish topper for the fall season. I got a couple of jackets kind of like it last year - same fabric, different colors, different neckline and pocket placements - which I really liked. This one was a bit of a disappointment. I don't have any problem with the way the hems are finished; a clean, stitched edge finish is often seen on genuine leather and suede garments. My complaints are about the lapel and pockets. The lapel facing is not tacked down inside, and so is not firmly held in place and reliably tidy. The pockets are placed in the side seams (not large patch pockets like last year's jackets) and are attached to the lapel facing by a couple of strips - presumably to keep everything anchored - but it ends up making the front hang oddly. Happily, I can fix these problems myself, but it would be going back if I had to pay a seamstress to fix it. The fit is true to size; the cut is slim and flattering but with enough room for a light to medium weight layer underneath. There's lots of room through the shoulders, and the arms are nice and long - no cold/exposed wrists with this one. The 37" length is considerably longer on me than on the model (almost to my knees, I'm 5'5") I do like the jacket and will be keeping it, but that awkward lapel and pocket arrangement keeps it from being a 5 star winner.

Nice jacket
Soft fabric, great colour, looks really good with jeans and boots. The only part I think I will fix is the cuff is not finished and I would prefer stitching. For me the cuff is long enough to do this.
