Return Policy – Effective June 1, 2025

Our goal is to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we're happy to assist with a return or exchange according to the policy below.

With the Original Receipt

Present the original receipt within 30 days, and a refund or exchange will be issued for the price paid on regular-priced and promotional items. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment.

With a Gift Receipt

Present the gift receipt within 30 days, and a refund or exchange will be issued for the price paid on regular-priced and promotional items. The refund will be issued in the form of a Gift Card.

Without a Receipt

No returns or exchanges will be processed without an original, gift, or e-receipt. Customers are responsible for retaining their receipt.

All items must be returned unworn, in re-sellable condition, with the tags attached.

Items with Quality Issues

Merchandise with manufacturing defects or quality issues, beyond normal wear and tear, may be returned within 30 days for the price paid, with the original receipt.

Exclusions

Earrings, bodysuits and shapewear. Clearance styles ending in .77 cents are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Returning an Online Order by Mail:

The packing slip included with your order must be included with your return. Returns may be shipped via a courier of your choice to our distribution centre at the address below. Return shipping fees/postage are the customer's responsibility.

For returns received within 30 days of the order date, a full refund will be applied to the credit card or PayPal account used at the time of purchase. Shipping fees, postage, and duty (if applicable) are non-refundable.

To avoid delays in receiving your refund, please follow the return instructions included in your package.

Important:

Clearance items marked "Final Sale" or ending in .77 cents are not eligible for return. If returned by mail, these items will be forfeited and donated to charity.

Returning an Online Order to a Store Location:

Online orders may be returned to any Ricki's or Cleo store location along with the order slip, e-receipt, and one piece of government-issued photo ID.

For returns received within 30 days of the order date, a full refund will be applied to the credit card used at the time of purchase or issued on a Gift Card.

Exclusions: Earrings, shapewear, and clearance items marked "Final Sale" or with a .77 cents ending are not returnable. Shipping fees and duty (if applicable) are non-refundable.
