They have some compression at the waist, but they are not too tight and uncomfortable like other leggings can be. Side pockets are awesome - my phone and lip gloss fit perfectly lol. The material is super soft and I honestly live in these! I've been looking so long for leggings with all of these features, so I bought four more pairs and black! These are absolutely perfect on the price point is so reasonable. Amazing!!
