Beware: wrong sizing on label
I am a long time returning Ricki's customer and have always been happy with my purchases but with this one item, both product and customer service have been nothing short of abysmal. I am always a size Small with Ricki's. I had ordered this very same dress in green last year in that size and it's perfect, so I was beyond happy when I saw it this year in deep red. I ordered it immediately but was dismayed to see that despite the deep red dress being labeled "Small", it was more like a large. There is no physical Ricki's store where I live so I cannot do exchanges that way, and was, consequently, forced to return it to the local Bootlegger partner store we have here. The young lady that did the return immediately saw that the dress was HUGE and made a note on the computer. In this same order I had also ordered two coatigans in Small, one green and one red. While the green was ok size-wise--though its lapel was irreparably marked from careless storage/folding so it sat in the completely wrong spot--the sleeves on the red one were at least 5 cm longer than the green. I returned all 3 items. I also wrote to customer service, who clearly didn't even read my initial email and was telling me to go to a store with the receipt and have the "quality, and wear and tear" of the "item" assessed by the store, and that "note that the decision" reached by that person at the store was "final". NO idea what customer service is talking about, what decision, what wear and tear, and I had already been forced to return the itemS (plural!) due to wrong SIZING, both in the label and two items of the same model and size not being consistent with the actual size (small). Massive disappointment overall, especially because this far Ricki's has been great in products and service. Now I don't know if I can continue to shop with Ricki's. Judging by this last order and the deficient response of customer service I can only infer that Ricki's seems to want me to take my business elsewhere, while I rather not, provided the company delivers the same quality of products and service I had received until now. Extremely disappointed.

Amazing Dress, please bring back the waffle stitch
I ordered this dress and honestly It's The Coziest Thing Ever!!!
I'm devestated that I ordered it in a small when I truly needed an extra small, seriously I drove across town looking for this due to inaccurate in store stock displayed on the site. But Please Bring This Dress Back
