Great Trench!
Ordered this coat online and just got it yesterday. Absolutely love the thick fabric, firmly attached buttons., black color, styling is great, and length falls just below my knees. Longer would be even nicer but this coat is well made and comfortable. Fits true to size. I loved the fit of this and it fit well everywhere. Looks very elegant in black.

Nice coat but ridiculous Rickie’s policies.
This is a very nice coat, but it is more for fall & spring. The material is nice & even though it’s thicker, I don’t believe it would be very warm for cold weather. I ordered this on-line & the next day it went on sale. Head office told me I had to either re-order it at the sale $$ or buy it from a store at the sale $$ , then wait until I received the order, then return it. I did the second option, but by the time I got the ordered one, I decided I didn’t need it because it won’t be warm enough for longer than maybe another month. I returned both of them. This was so much trouble that if something I buy goes on sale before I receive an online order, I’m just going to return what I ordered whether I like it or not. What a ridiculous policy.

Classy Chic trench
I’m very happy with this trench. I’ve been looking for. A while and the design and material are great. This comes to my knees at 5’7”, 130lbs, bought an XS. Size up if you will wear a thicker sweater underneath. I can still fit a blazer under with comfort!

Worst purchasing experience
Ricki's Service is worst, it's been 2 weeks but still I order is not even prepared yet, their customer support is not working at all, I tried to contact them via email, chat and call but no one helped me with my order yet, I don't understand when they will prepare and deliver my order
