An elastic hem gives this super-soft hacci top an adorable, bubbly effect. Finished with your choice of pretty pattern, how could you go wrong? Hacci fabrics have more of a loopy, open-knit texture than regular cotton knits and are usually made of blends of cotton and wool, polyester, or spandex. It is wrinkle resistant and sews up just like regular knits!
