It's not clingy, and the arms are flattering and not tight. I'm a little on the tall side and prefer a longer sweater with pants, but they are perfect for the dresses I own. Because of the rib knit fabric, they do fit a little big and I suspect they might stretch out a little with wear as well.

Bought the white version so that it can go over top a dress I bought. Quality is good and like it's 3/4 sleeve so it keeps the cool off your arms (A/C) but also looks nice at the same time.
