10/10 experience here today. Good customer service is hard to come across these days but Ricki's did not disappoint. I visited the store to get a new outfit for an upcoming job interview and admittedly, fashion is not my thing. Tracy helped me pick a beautiful outfit and made sure everything fit the way it was supposed to. Super patient and kind. I truly appreciate her genuine personality, honesty, and excellent customer service. Thank you!

I highly recommend this Ricki's store. The atmosphere is welcoming, service great, prices reasonable. The ladies were inspirational, full of ideas, help you look stylish and smile. No problem with try-on, exchange or return to get the purchase right! Ladies, thanks so much. I'll be back!
