Poor quality pants
I wore them for maybe 10 minutes before I noticed that there was a hole in the area below the zipper. Of course now there's no returns so I'm stuck with a 50 dollar pair of pants I can't wear anymore.

high rise
I'm 5'2''. Unfortunately, rise is much too high for petite. I can't wait for the mid-sizes to come back. Before these new styles came along, I could count on Rickis to get more fitted, mid-rise pants. So I have to return my order of 3 pairs and pay $25 because there are no stores in the province of Quebec.

Excellent customer service and care
I was in need of new pants for my office job, and the employees were all very kind and helpful in helping me find a style that suited my body type, and finding the right size and length for me. I'm usually quite fussy with pant styles, so this was a great experience.

Meh!
Ordered the in the regular length in Zinfandel. My normal length is 30" which is what regular length indicates. They are so long on me I would have to pay to hem them. The colour is also not as nice as what it looked like online. So I'm returning these, not worth the extra cost to hem. I guess I would have to order the short length next tim if I bother.

So comfy, but don't stand for repeated wear
I love these pants, and they always look good, but I find they don't last long. The pockets deteriorate quickly and if you bend over the wrong way in them the buttons lose their rigidity within the waistline and the pants won't stay closed after that. These are my go to pants but I can't justify the waste they create when the clasps inevitably break

Happy with my purchase
I tried these pants on in store. I was happy with the fit, the length and the feel of the fabric. I am returning to work after maternity leave, aMr these pants make me feel more professionally confident. All that’s left to test out is how well they wash and wear. So far I’m impressed. Plus they were a good price!

Stretch, dressy, comfortable!!
I bought these a few weeks back and I love them so much, I just bought a second pair. The waist is a wide elastic all around, in addition to the whole fabric being 4way stretch. They are dressy and Super comfortable! A must in one’s wardrobe!

Best pants ever
This is the third pair of these pants I know own. If they are ever offered in other colours I will buy more. They go with any style. I wear them dressed up or casual. Very comfortable. I wear a 14 short & these fit perfect.
