Excellent customer service and care
I was in need of new pants for my office job, and the employees were all very kind and helpful in helping me find a style that suited my body type, and finding the right size and length for me. I'm usually quite fussy with pant styles, so this was a great experience.

high rise
I'm 5'2''. Unfortunately, rise is much too high for petite. I can't wait for the mid-sizes to come back. Before these new styles came along, I could count on Rickis to get more fitted, mid-rise pants. So I have to return my order of 3 pairs and pay $25 because there are no stores in the province of Quebec.

Love these pants
This is the 4th pair of this style pant that i own, 2 in black and 2 in the grey. They are versatile, can be dressed up or down so great staple items to own. Wish they came in navy and or brown
