Mis-sized!! Way too small.
Fits very small. I am a consistent large in tops from Rickis. Not this one. At least two sizes too small. Couldn't even get it on.

Shrinkflation?
Just bought this and was extremely disappointed at quality and sizing. I am consistently an XL and still have tops from years ago in exactly this style that fit me in that size. Now, however, these shirts in the same size are tighter, shorter & lower quality (thinner). Really unhappy as this was my go to essential for workware. I’d say size up, but it doesn’t change the length and quality.

I love this top. I got the multi paisley print. It goes beautifully with the wide leg taupe dress pants from Ricki's and will go with so much more! I usually take an extra small size in Ricki's blouses but a small worked for me this time.

Love the material
Fits small. Looks large looking at it. Probably the style of it. I liked it and had to order one size up. The grey leaves color is fresh for summer. Great material. Non clinging.

Ordered this top in the multi paisley. The pattern is beautiful. These tops have changed over the years and not for the better imo. They are shorter, the material thinner and a little less sturdy. It also fits just a little bit wonky, can’t explain how. It just does. The old extended sleeve (pocket) Henleys were a lot nicer.
