Blazers

There’s probably a correlation between a woman’s success and the number of blazers in her closet. It doesn’t matter if you’re wearing jeans or leggings or a dress or a skirt, a jacket with lapels has a way of instantly elevating outfits and landing you compliments wherever you go. We like double-breasted blazers if you want to feel a bit more dressy, especially if they feature peaked lapels. Add a vest under that blazer if you want to look extra fancy. Single-breasted blazers with notch lapels tend to feel a touch more casual, while still adding polish to your outfit. You might even call them informal blazers. A tweed blazer, meanwhile, will make you look like you own a large collection of leatherbound books. For the summer, you might want to have a linen blazer in your rotation to wear over a t-shirt or tank, while velvet blazers are great for winter and maybe even your next Christmas party. Oversized blazers are on trend now and so are short and cropped blazers. It’s nice to have some variety. We could go on, but you get the idea. It's time to shop.
