They are not bootleg but ‘trouser’ cut, wide all the way down so they do not cling to the thighs. I am 5’5” and found the regular size long so I bought the ‘short’. A very professional looking pant! Wish they came in charcoal!

I have heavy thighs, so I don’t wear leggings or skinny pants, especially for work. These are comfortable and the fabric has a nice weight to it, with stretch. I’ll be buying more.
