Business Development Leader

The Business Development Leader will help the company sell more goods more profitably through the training, motivation, and development of associates within a specified region of stores.

Store Manager

The Store Manager will produce maximum sales and profits by achieving sales goals, ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times, and through consistent, efficient management of store operations and associates. They will provide promotable associates through supportive training and delegating of authority where applicable.

Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager will help the Manager to maximize sales and profits by achieving sales goals, ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times, and maintain all aspects of the day to day operations of the store. This role will oversee store operations and associates in the absence of the Manager.

Shift Manager

The Shift Manager assists the Store and Assistant Manager in maximizing sales and profits, achieving sales goals, ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times, and maintaining all aspects of the day to day operations of the store. When the Store and Assistant manager are not present the Shift Manager will oversee store operations and associates.

Sales Associate

Sales Associates are responsible for producing sales and profits by achieving sales goals and providing excellent customer service and unique and memorable experiences. Merchandising, housekeeping, stock and replenishment, and signage are additional duties.

Regional Visual Specialist

The Visual Specialist will motivate and maximize sales potential through visual presentation.
