The Buying and Merchandising team is in charge of the selection and development of product. They work closely with our vendors to ensure a quality product that meets our timeline.
The Planning and Distribution team associates decide how our budget is allocated and what product is sold in each store. This is achieved through analysis of sales results and communication with the buying team.
The Fit and Quality team monitors all product to ensure it falls within the Ricki's standard and provides support to the Buying Team with product development. They are in charge of communicating any issues with the vendors.
The Operations team works to achieve company objectives and maximize profitability. This covers a range of duties including customer service, training and development, and new store construction.
The Construction team will design and construct new and innovative store designs that will position Ricki's in a competitive market, as well as maintain the existing store base.
The Marketing team develops and implements our marketing plan through events, promotions, store specific initiatives, our website, and more. They work closely with graphic designers and the visual merchandising team.
The Visual Merchandising team works to set divisional visual standards, create seasonal merchandising plans and provide visual training to stores to achieve a consistency of visual display.
The Finance department provides timely and accurate financial information to the division through reviewing, compiling, and analyzing the divisional financial data.
The Technical Services team maintains effectiveness for the Company by installing, configuring, and maintaining end users software and supporting internal/external mail system. This department also includes our Help Desk for our retail associates.
The Human Resources team enhances the well-being of the company through recruitment and hiring of associates, development of associates, performance management and promotion of Company principles and policies.
