Follow your order's progress to your front door and keep track of all the great items you've purchased. You can access this page at any time by clicking the "my account" link at the top of the page. If you're not already logged in, you'll be asked to enter your email and password (so we can make sure it's actually you) and then you'll be directed to your "my account" page.

You can keep your personal information current by updating your details such as your email address and phone number.

To update any information in this section just click the "edit" button and you'll be taken to the "edit personal information" page where you can edit all your details. Click "update" to save your changes or hit "return" to go back without saving your changes.

birthday

Enter your info and so we can help you celebrate with an e-birthday treat valid online or in store.

change password

You can change your password at any time here. You'll have to enter it twice so we know you've entered it correctly. We'll also send you an email confirmation that your password was successfully changed.

To keep you in the know on special events, offers and new arrivals we need you to know how you wish to be contacted. While the majority of our communications are through email, we also send direct mail and call customers from time to time. Just let us know which communication method(s) you prefer.

my Fashion & Friends card

Receive invites to special events, exclusive offers, and to stay in the loop on fashion that works. There's no cost to join and you could win the value of your purchase! If you wish to join, opt in on your "account profile" screen and answer a couple more questions we'll send you your membership card with your first online purchase.

Already a member? If you don't have an online account yet click on the "Fashion & Friends" page and provide the information required to call up your existing Fashion & Friends profile. You can then upgrade to an online account by adding a password.

my address book

You can save and manage multiple addresses for yourself and the friends and family you shop for. A list of all the addresses you have on file will be displayed here.

add address

To add an entry to your address book click the "add address" button and you'll be taken to the "add new address" page where you can enter in your address details. Items marked with an asterisk (*) are required fields to be filled in. The "preferred billing address" checkbox lets you set the address as your default billing address when you check out. Click "add address" to save your changes or "return" to go back without saving your changes.

edit address

If you want to edit an existing address click the "edit" button beside the address you want to change and you'll be taken to the "edit address" page where you can enter in your new address details. delete address

If you want to delete an existing address click the "edit" button beside the address you want to delete and you'll be taken to the "edit address" page. Click the "delete" button to remove the address from your address book.

This is where you can see a list of all the orders you've placed with us. You can see each order's number, date, total, status and tracking number. You can also get even more details on a specific order by clicking the "view" button beside the order you want more information on. Click the "back" button to return to the "my account" page with the list of your orders.
