Overview of the Pant Club Terms and Conditions

Qualifying purchases must be made by July 31, 2012. One stamp to be awarded for every Ricki's or Revolution pant or denim purchase of $39.50 or more. Card must be presented at time of purchase to receive a stamp. Offer cannot by applied to previous purchases. Stamps will be revoked for returned pants. Once qualifying purchase requirements have been met, this card may be redeemed in store only for "free" pants until July 31, 2012. Card must be surrendered when redeemed. "Free" pants include Ricki's and Revolution pants and denim and exclude brand name denim. "Free" pants cannot be returned or exchanged. Duplication, reproduction or alteration prohibited. No cash value and non-transferable. Ricki's is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Ricki's reserves the right to discontinue or modify this offer at any time without notice.

Pant Club Qualifying Purchases

Pants that qualify as a "Pant Club Purchase" include pants purchased in store or online at rickis.com between August 11, 2011 and July 31, 2012 that meet the following criteria:

• Ricki's or Revolution by Ricki's labelled pants, as well as all denim, and cropped pants.
• Regular price AND sale price pants at $39.50 or more.
• Pant club cards are available in Ricki's stores until May 31, 2012 (or until quantities last) when you make a qualifying pant purchase.
• Customers are encouraged to present their pant club card with every subsequent qualifying pant purchase.
• One heart stamp will be awarded by an instore associate in the box provided on the pant club card for every qualifying Pant Club purchase.
• The transaction number of the corresponding purchase will be recorded across each heart stamp provided on the Pant Club card.
• Stamps will be reclaimed for pants that are returned. In this case, the Pant Club card will be VOID and a new one with all qualifying stamps and transaction numbers recorded, will be issued by the in store associate.

Online Purchases and Pant Club Participation

• If you have purchased your pants online, you will NOT be shipped a Pant Club card with your purchase.
• Online customers may who wish to participate in the Pant Club may bring their ORIGINAL online receipt (not duplicate invoice) with them into stores to have a pant club card issued and stamped accordingly.
• A store associate will stamp the online receipt with the Pant Club stamp, stamp the Pant Club card and record the transaction number across it just as they would for qualifying in store pant purchases.

Redeeming Your Free Pants

• Customers have until July 31, 2012 to meet the qualifying five pair purchase requirement to receive a free pair of pants.
• Customers have until July 31, 2012 to redeem her completed pant club in store for her FREE pair of pants.
• The completed Pant Club card can be redeemed in store for one FREE pair of pants. Redemption of the free pant is ONLY available through a store and NOT online.
• Brand name denim does not qualify for the "free" pant. The completed pant club card must be surrendered.
• Free pants can not be returned or exchanged.
