Responsibilities

Train and motivate excellent Sales Associates.

Produce maximum sales and profits by achieving sales goals, ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times, through consistent, efficient management of store operations and associates.

Provide promotable associates through supportive training and delegating of authority where applicable.

Effective merchandising to maximize sales.

Achieving store productivity results.

Qualifications

Previous successful management experience (2 to 5 years minimum is required).

A team player with good communication, people management and organization skills.

Ability to train and motivate a team of sales associates.

Excellent customer service skills.
