Responsibilities

Provide promotable associates through supportive training and delegating of authority where applicable.

Qualifications

Previous successful management experience ( 2 to 5 years minimum is required).

A team player with good communication, people management and organization skills.

Ability to train and motivate a team of sales associates.

Excellent customer service skills.
