Located in beautiful Winnipeg,Manitoba, the Ricki's Home Office is the hub of all support activity for our stores, including: buying, product development, visual, distribution, human resources, customer service, marketing and more.

To assist in matters relating to store design, construction and detail drawings, specification manuals, and store maintenance for Comark (3 brands: Ricki’s, bootlegger, cleo)

Responsibilities

    Works with the Director of Store Planning and Construction Manager to develop new designs and enhance existing designs, 

    With the Store Planning Team, works to enhance the utility and image creation of the Ricki’s, Bootlegger and Cleo store designs and all its component parts.

    Using AutoCAD technology to develop specific project drawings related to the construction of new Store locations or the renovation of existing locations.

   Updates tender specification and documentation.

    Organizes tender packages.

    Updates the fixture catalogue and 3D fixture drawing using AutoCAD and issues these to the stores.

    Provides support to all existing stores in regards to repairs, maintenance and orders replacement fixtures and equipment within approved budgets.

    Creates and maintains: files for stores, purchase orders, invoices, Home Office misc. general information

    Places purchase orders and follows up on delivery.

Qualifications

• CAD technician or design education required (degree or diploma in interior design or related field)

• Proficient in AutoCAD 2005 or greater (minimum 2 years experience), Excel, and Acrobat Distiller.

• Knowledge of retail design and construction industry.

• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and self-motivated.

• Well organized team player that thrives in a fast paced environment with deadlines and shares a passion for people and results.
